What should I do when I receive my WGI Hair Extensions?
Before Opening Hair Bundles: Thoroughly inspect each bundle to make sure the texture, length and pattern is correct before unraveling the hair bundle.

When can I expect to receive my WGI Hair product?
WGI will always provide our customers with flat-rate based shipping for all orders within the continental U.S. All in stock orders are should ship within 72 hours (business operating hours). Once your order ships, expect it to arrive to you within 3-5 business days upon payments received for standard shipping (continental U.S. only).
International orders will be processed with 72 hours based on availability of product and arrival schedule will be included within your shipping confirmation. International orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days up payment received. All orders placed outside of WGI Hair operating hours (including holidays and weekends) will be processed the following business day.

Does WGI Offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we do offer overnight or two day express shipping (Continental US Only) for orders received by 2PM CST. All orders received after 2PM CST requesting overnight or 2-day express shipping cannot be guaranteed to be shipped the same day but will be shipped the following day. (NOTE: This applies to all in stock products.)

NOTE: ALL overnight and 2-Day express orders placed after 2:00PM CST will ship the next business day. In addition, ALL overnight and 2-Day express are REQUIRED to submit a copy of your identification and credit/debit card during the verification process. A representative will call and or email you for this information. Once received your order will be shipped.

All orders placed outside of WGI Hair operating hours (including holidays and weekends) will be processed the following business day.

How will my WGI Hair product be shipped?
WGI Hair ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All customers will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking number once your item has shipped. If all items in your purchase are not shipped at the same time you will receive multiple confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers for when the item(s) is shipped.

Why should I choose Signature Required Shipping over Standard Ground Shipping w/ No Signature?
Signature required shipping helps to provide another level of security to your purchase. By selecting signature required shipping, someone must be present at the residence or business and will be required to sign for the package. If someone is not available to sign for the package, you will be left a delivery notice that will provide you with re-delivery dates and further steps to retrieve your package. If you choose not to have signature required on your package, your package will be left at the shipping address. All packages left at the shipping address are the responsible of the customer and no longer the responsibility of WGI Hair, Inc.

I received my shipping confirmation but never received my WGI Hair product, what do I do?
We are sorry for any inconveniences that you have incurred. WGI Hair wants to provide you with assistance in finding out what has happened. Please contact WGI customer support by clicking here.

How much hair comes in a bundle?
A WGI Hair bundle of hair contains about 3.5-4.0 oz of hair. If you are looking to receive a full-head of extensions we recommend 2 bundles when purchasing anything under 18″ and 3 bundles when purchasing anything over 18″. If you like your hair with extra fullness we would recommend using 3-4 bundles of hair for a full head of extensions.

Can the curly textures of hair be pressed straight?
Yes, all of our hair textures can be pressed straight however we recommend that you use minimal heat on the Brazilian curly texture to ensure extended wear of your Brazilian curl extensions as well as natural curl pattern.

Can all of your hair be colored?
Yes, all of our hair can be colored however we recommend all color services be conducted by a licensed stylist. Please note: All bundles of hair are not guaranteed to color the exactly the same. All hair takes color differently and can contain different variations.

Does WGI Hair ever offer discounts?
Of course we do!! Sign up for our mailing list to receive free promotional items as well as regular discounts off many WGI Hair products.  

How can I place an order with WGI Hair?
You can place a secure order though our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Need additional assistance? Complete the Contact Us Form on the website and expect to receive a response within 24 hours.

The hair I ordered is out of stock, what do I do?
We are sorry that we are not able to accommodate your needs at this time. WGI Hair very rarely goes out of stock of its regular product offerings. On occasion this will happen after a large purchase. All out of stock merchandise should be available in the next 5-7 business days so please check back in with us shortly.

Whats double drawn hair?
Double drawn hair undergoes an additional process during manufacturing. The shorter hairs are removed by hand and not by a machine. The alternative is to cut the human hair at the ends so that fullness remains the same from top to bottom and then the hair is sewn into the weft. This significantly increases the quality of the hair extensions and provides for a more healthy full appearance of the hair extensions.

Either hair extension method is suitable for wear (single drawn or double drawn), with double drawn giving a greater quality of hair extension. Single drawn is the most commonly hair extension type on the market due to less work involved in processing and manufacturing, thus the lower price. You will pay more for double drawn hair, but the quality, volume and duration that the hair lasts you will far exceed single drawn hair extensions.
